Guidelines for Contributing to Ultimate SEO Help

Writing Guidelines

Are you a digital marketing expert? Or an SEO expert wishing to share your valuable insights? We invite you all to write for us. We receive many outreach emails monthly, and it becomes difficult for us to manage all the requests. To make things easier, we’ve come up with writing guidelines.

Get published on Ultimate SEO Help. Just follow the guidelines below!

  1. Articles should be at least 1000 words.
  2. We recommend adding 1-2 relevant images to your article. They can be screenshots, graphs, etc. But avoid using copyright images.
  3. Insert at least 2 relevant links to support your statement/claims.
  4. Provide author photo and author bio (not more than 50 words).
  5. The content should be unique and plagiarism-free. We accept the following types of articles:
  • Listicles: Well-researched articles with a list of tips or actionable insights that our audience can follow and see results.
  • Topic-centric articles: Articles that talk about a specific topic in detail.
  • Step-by-step guides: A detailed how-to post written keeping beginners in mind.
  • Evergreen articles: Articles that always stay relevant no matter how many years have passed.
  1. Use proper H2 and H3 in your write-up.
  2. Make sure your article is error-free by running it through a grammar checker.
  3. Avoid writing long paragraphs

For your articles to be published on our site, make sure you follow the guidelines mentioned above:

Topics We Accept

We accept articles on the following topics:

  • SEO
  • SMO
  • Content Marketing
  • Digital Marketing
  • PPC
  • AdWords
  • Email Marketing
  • Link Building

How to Submit Articles

Send us an outreach mail suggesting the topic you will be writing about. You can share the rough structure of your article (some bullet points) for us to get an overview of your article. Please ensure that you have included the focus keyword in your guest blogging requesting email.

Once we give the go-ahead, you can start working on the article. Remember that if your write-up is not written as per our guidelines, we may not publish it.

Note: As we get a lot of requests, we may take time to get back to you. Generally, we’ll reply within 7-15 business days, but if you get no reply, it means that your write-up was not considered to be published.
